About Us

Established by Nidia Feliberti, Sky Counseling Services, LLC was born during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. Human isolation, fear, economic uncertainty and grief have caused a lot of psychological distress. We created Sky Counseling Services because we believe that all individuals should be treated with respect and dignity at all times, while focusing on treatments built on individual's strengths and providing new strategies with community support to change your life for the better.

Our professional staff can help make a positive difference for you and your family. At Sky Counseling Services therapy is individually tailored to meet your needs on site, at home, or virtually.

Nidia Feliberti is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. Graduated with honors in 1988 from University of Puerto Rico. Having more than 35 years of diverse experiences, including traumas.

She holds a Level III Classification in Behavioral Health & Social Services, as well as a Level II Classification as Case Manager and Care Coordinator. In addition to being a part of Medicare's Provider Enrollment Chain & Ownership System (PECOS).

Cooperating with many other doctors and specialists in medical groups in order to coordinate services and monitor the enrollee's progress toward the most cost-effective achievement of objectives specified in the plan of care.

At Sky Counseling Services, LLC we have the capability to bestow direct services, including interventions focused on interpersonal interactions, intrapsychic dynamics, and life management issues.

Clinical social work services are based on bio-psychosocial perspectives.

Services consist of assessment, diagnosis, treatment (including psychotherapy and counseling), client-centered advocacy, consultation, evaluation, and prevention of mental illness, emotional, or behavioral disturbances.

Sky Counseling Services has the ability to prepare an assessment and review of a completed plan of care on a periodic basis. Due to Ms. Feliberti's PECOS status we are eligible to order or refer health care services such as Medicare Part B Clinical Laboratory, imaging, or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) if needed.
